Aiding National Campaigns With PM Cares Fund

The Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund was launched with the motive of handling emergency and distress situations. This public charitable trust is looked after by Justice K.T.Thomas (Retd.), Kariya Munda, Ratan N. Tata and Sudha Murty whose strong ethical intelligence makes PM Cares Fund the best entity to entrust our CSR funds with.

We believe that the work done by the PM Cares Fund during Covid, especially in the Oxygen Plant establishment was one of the most impactful fulfillment of a critical need in our society. These strategically planned projects have gained our trust to place our CSR budgets in the PM Cares Fund for both FY ’21-22, and in the coming future as well.

Menstrual Health & Hygiene

Padcare

The humans of Appinventiv give as much importance to women empowerment as they give to pioneering technological advancements. To leave a positive impact on the occasion of women’s day, we collaborated with PadCare, world’s first sanitary pads recycling startup to contribute to their mission of recycling 120 Lac pads annually. The campaign involved installation of recyclable sanitary pads bins in all our female washrooms. The collected sanitary pads are sent to PadCare’s recycling station in Pune where they transform waste pads into sustainable stationary including diary, pen and desk calendars.

Adequate awareness around menstrual hygiene especially among working urban women is still in its early stage. Our team partnered with Pee Safe to educate our female employees about safe sanitary use & disposal, and managing general health and hygiene during periods.
